Glove Up Fitness is a fitness training and boxing gym in St. Louis. Boxing training and boxing classes include both Beginner Boxing Classes and Advanced Boxing Classes, as well as boxing bootcamps and personal training. We apply a small group learning approach, which enables trainers and students to engage on a more personal level. Our gym is not only a physical space, but a community of people who are prepared to get out of their comfort zones, push themselves harder and benefit from all of the hard work. Our vision is to inspire people to really uncover what they can accomplish, both in a physical and mental sense, through fitness."
