Alamo 180 began in 2011 with a loaded-up truck of tractor tires, sandbags and cinder blocks, but not driving to the dumpster, rather driving to lead boot camp workouts in parks and parking lots.
It wasn’t fancy, but clients loved the workouts and the atmosphere...and the results!
Then in 2014 Alamo 180 opened doors to a gym and expanded its service offerings.
Whether it’s personal training, small group training or open gym (aka working out on your own), the gym is fully loaded with all you need to ensure you get a quality workout...and to have fun while doing it
