Every BODY is different and it is Cortney's objective to customize each program specifically to bring the client to his or her goal. TONE pilates studio offers individual training sessions on the reformer, tower, ladder barrel, and chair. We also offer Live Zoom sessions as well as TONEpilates On Demand! Programs offered outside of the studio are: TONE 'preschool pilates', TONE 'chair pilates', and TONE 'core conditioning' for athletic teams."
