Dance Dimensions is a dance and fitness studio offering private instruction, group classes, and personal training in a variety of styles of dance and fitness. We create a positive experience for every student. Children and adults find the joy of physical expression in dance and accomplishment of a healthier lifestyle through physical fitness. Our goal is to enrich our community, increase the understanding of the physical arts of dance, fitness and performance and the recognition of their cultural value.
