Since 2008 Step Ahead Physical Therapy has been providing exceptional services focusing on orthopedic and sports related injuries. What makes us unique is our philosophy of care. We provide a holistic comprehensive approach to determining and addressing the source of your pain rather than simply treating the symptoms. We are not a physical therapy factory. We are a healing center where we work individually with you to reduce your pain and help you return to your normal level of active living as quickly as possible. We believe that sufficient time is needed to customize your treatments, deliver them, and ensure their effectiveness. All of our appointments run between 45 and 60 minutes and focus primarily on hands-on care, modalities and corrective exercises.
